- 2 Exams/Wellness review with your doctor
- Annual digital X-rays and imaging
- Fluoride treatment

- 10% savings on most treatments completed in our office

If you’re currently enrolled in an existing Spoonwood membership plan, we’ll continue to honor it through your renewal date.
